Service Area

Ez-Lounge currently provides service only within South and Central Florida.
Orders placed outside of this service area may be canceled at our discretion.

Products & Descriptions

We strive to display accurate product information and images. However, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.

Ez-Lounge products are:

• Weather resistant and UV resistant
  
• Designed to remain in place without water or sand
  

These characteristics are intentional and are not considered defects.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Ez-Lounge reserves the right to modify pricing, products, or services at any time without prior notice.

Orders

Ez-Lounge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  
• Orders outside our service area
  
• Suspected fraudulent activity
  

Delivery

All orders are fulfilled via local delivery only.

After placing an order, the customer is responsible for contacting Ez-Lounge to arrange delivery.
Delivery is not automatic, and no delivery estimates or guarantees are provided at checkout.

Orders will remain on hold until delivery arrangements are confirmed.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery is scheduled.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Ez-Lounge does not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds are considered only if a product arrives damaged or defective and the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video evidence.

Warranty

Ez-Lounge products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper placement, neglect, weather exposure beyond normal use, or improper handling.

Limitation of Liability

Ez-Lounge is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use, placement, or handling of its products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ez-Lounge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

User Conduct

You agree not to use this website or its content for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
