Delivery Area


We currently offer delivery only within South and Central Florida. Orders placed outside of this service area will not be fulfilled.

Delivery & Scheduling


Delivery dates are arranged directly with the customer after purchase.
Because delivery is scheduled manually, no delivery timeframe is displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring availability on the agreed delivery date.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery is scheduled or completed.

All Sales Final


Due to the size, weight, and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or once delivery has been scheduled.

Refund Eligibility


Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photo or video evidence is provided

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A partial or full refund, at our discretion

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations


Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use or installation
  • Weather-related cosmetic changes over time
  • Failure to be present for the scheduled delivery

  • Designed to stay in place (no water or sand required)
  • Designed not to float away

Weight and design characteristics are intentional and are not considered defects.

Warranty


All products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty, covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper handling, or extreme conditions.
